Our doctors are ADA recognized specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery, combining their expertise in oral surgery and medicine to provide a full range of surgical procedures, including dental implant placement, removal of wisdom teeth, bone augmentation, and many other advanced surgical procedures.
The doctors in our practice are recognized as leaders in the profession and they are involved in researching new techniques, educating colleagues, and serving in prominent positions in various professional associations, such as the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Elgan P. Stamper
Dr. Elgan P. Stamper received his undergraduate degree at UCLA and earned his D.D.S. at the University of Southern California. He completed his post-graduate residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center. He is an Assistant Professor of Dentistry at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Stamper is a former examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, past president of the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and past president of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. John L. Lytle
Dr. John L. Lytle completed his undergraduate studies at USC then attended USC School of Medicine.
Following an internship at LA County Medical Center he attended dental school at USC. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial training at LAC-USC.
Dr. Lytle is the former Director of Undergraduate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Southern California. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Past President of California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is also an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
